An Introduction to Jays Journal
Hey everyone! Not too long ago I was thumbing through my Moms plethora of novels and came across an old journal. Turns out that the journal was Uncle Jays mission journal and he wrote in it pretty regularly for the duration of his mission. I can honestly say that I felt like Jay was right there with me thumbing through the pages with admiration and love. Jay passed shortly before I was born so I never had the chance to meet him (like many of the other grandkids). I can attest to what I've always heard and state that he's a very special guy, and I couldn't help but have the overwhelming feeling that this man who was taken from this life so soon had a huge role to play in the next life. On that note I can also attest that he isn't far from us either. The journal made me laugh, and it made me cry. Most of all I felt a connection with this great man.
